Cathedral downtown
Quite a few cool sculptures in the parks.
Fruits and vegetables for sale everywhere. These are a variety of peppers.
Street venders also. They are yelling out what they are selling and for how much. Everyone is sending out calls at the same time. It gets quite loud...
This guys has no problem with his joints... Maybe later in life...
He looked at me at the right time
His partner was just as good. Worth a few coins for a good show.
We went to an artisan market and bought a few things, had lunch, and returned to our hotel. We were spent. We had been walking for over 5 hours. In our room we rested for about an hour and a half. We then went to the lobby and booked a tour for tomorrow: a visit to a coffee plantation, a visit to a volcano, and a stop to see a waterfall.
We then went out for another walk to find the bus station where we will need to go Wednesday. We thought that we might buy our ticket early but the kiosk was closed.
We continued walking until we decided where to eat at a restaurant specializing in Spanish food. Well, we didn't have the Sangria, but we did have the paella. It was quite good also.
Really knobby, cool tree
A tree flowing with a beautiful fishing colour
Our paella. We couldn't eat it all.
Now we are in our room, have showered and are hitting the sack soon. Tomorrow we are getting picked up at 6 and it will be a long day. Good night.
